    Crossfit PRE-TEENS

    8 to 12 yrs

    A strong start. This program focuses on developing strength and fitness (the fundamentals of CrossFit) in children as young as 8 years old while focusing on movement quality and technique

    Crossfit TEENS

    13 to 16 yrs

    The fun way to get fit and strong! This program helps teens develop strength, cardiovascular health, and overall fitness. We focus on reinforcing your movement quality and technique above all. 

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

    6 to 9 yrs

    Get them into fitness at an early age and develop a love and passion for living a fit life.

    WEIGHTLIFTING

    13 to 15 yrs

    Our Weightlifting for Teens program involves essential movement techniques, while working with light barbells to strengthen and prepare them for life.
