Our Weightlifting for Teens program involves essential movement techniques, while working with light barbells to strengthen and prepare them for life.

PRATHIT
Born in the US, Prathit has been honing his musical skills since the age of 8. Learning multiple instruments from an early age has given Josh the advantage of applying his musical knowledge across various disciplines. An accomplished professional musician, sound engineer, DJ, and instructor of all of the above, Josh is ready to lead, assist or support you in anything related to the Adult Music Program.
