Martial Arts or MMA Classes cater to a huge range of skill sets and targets: you can focus on boxing, wrestling or kickboxing; you can work on endurance or strength. Or you can simply get fit. Either way, you’ll find the hardcore fun you’re looking for. We have martial arts classes that both men and women enjoy, as well as Kickboxing classes for ladies only!

Boxing (90 minutes)

Boxing is a combat sport in which two people engage in a contest of strength, speed, reflexes, endurance and will, by throwing punches with gloved hands. Boxing evolved from 16th and 18th-century prizefights, largely in Great Britain, to the forerunner of modern boxing in the mid-19th Century. This is a mixed boxing training class for both men and women.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (90 minutes)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) was formed from Japanese Jiu-Jitsu ground fighting (Ne-Waza), fundamentals that were taught to Carlos Gracie by master Mitsuyo Maeda. BJJ eventually came to be its own art through the experimentation, practices, and adaptation from Carlos and Helio Gracie, who then passed their knowledge onto their family.

Kickboxing (90 minutes)

Kickboxing is a martial arts based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai and Boxing. Kickboxing classes in Dubai are practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Kickboxing can be considered a hybrid martial art formed of elements from various traditional styles. This is a mixed kickboxing class for both men and women.

Ladies Kickboxing (90 minutes)

This kickboxing class is for women only. It combines punches, kicks and knee strikes in an intense full-body workout. Learn how to protect yourself while increasing your cardio and fit level by attending up to three sessions per week.

MMA (90 minutes)

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques. An important influence to MMA is the combat sport of Vale Tudo, that was developed in Brazil in the 1920s and was brought to the United States by the Gracie family in 1993.

Muay Thai (90 minutes)

Muay Thai is a combat sport from the Muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Muay Thai became popular in the sixteenth century, but became widespread internationally only in the twentieth century, when many Thai fighters won over representatives of other martial arts.
