It’s also what people of all shapes, ages and sizes to do improve their strength, flexibility and all-round confidence. We have calisthenics and adult gymnastics classes and coaching for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned pros. Adult Gymnastics also complements CrossFit or Martial Arts beautifully.


Our gymnastics coaching team includes former Olympians, masters of the art who are fully trained in adult gymnastics coaching, safety and spotting techniques. We have plenty of space to train at FitRepublik, as well as state-of-the-art equipment and the first foam pits in the UAE.

Adult Classes (90 minutes) - 17 years old and up

Adult Gymnastic classes are designed for all levels of experience, attracting total newbies to the more experienced from current and ex-gymnasts, professional dancers and acrobats. The class is structured around each individual’s level of experience, all in the safe hands of our talented and experienced coaches. Gymnastics aim is to increase the mobility of the body through stretching and body positioning both on the floor and using the specialized equipment. Calisthenics (90 minutes) - 17 years old and up

Calisthenics are exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements—running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc.—often performed rhythmically and generally without equipment or apparatus. They are, in essence, body-weight training. This type of Gymnastics classes is intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling or pushing oneself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance; usually conducted in concert with stretches. When performed vigorously and with variety, calisthenics can provide the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility and coordination.
